    Seattle mayor apologizes for pepper spray incident Mayor Mike McGinn is apologizing to some Occupy Seattle protesters who were pepper sprayed during a march Tuesday night. Six people were arrested after police said they blocked downtown traffic and ignored orders to disperse. An 84-year-old woman was among those hit by pepper spray.   • Gloucester’s recreation department is a busy place

    The athletic fields of the Gloucester Parks and Recreation Department were busy places during the first weekend of November. Soccer and softball were the busiest sports. A youth soccer tournament for children ages 6 to 8 was held at the facilities. The tournament, called the Loony Toon Yarkey Building and Remodeling tournament, featured nine teams.
