    Police in a Louisiana town rounded up 17 pit bulls that will be euthanized in five days unless their owners comply with a two-year-old pit bull ordinance, The Daily World reports. The ordinance, which many say has only recently been enforced, requires, among other things, that owners of pit bulls have a 6- by 6-foot enclosed area with a covered top and a $100,000 insurance policy.
