BMW is preparing to launch a new X-model: BMW X4. The entry-level Sports Activity Coupe is set to launch in 2014 and will be manufactured at the Spartanburg Plant in South Carolina. Strauss-Kahn countersuit: Opening the door to his sexual past?
NEW YORK (Reuters) – Former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn struck back this week at the hotel maid who accused him of sexual assault with a sharply worded countersuit claiming defamation, but lawyers say the filing could backfire. Legal experts say Strauss-Kahns lawsuit could give New York maid Nafissatou Diallos attorneys greater freedom to present evidence of Strauss-Kahns sexual history, including allegations involving other women.

Oklahoma State’s Littlehead arrested
Oklahoma State defensive tackle Christian Littlehead was arrested early Saturday morning on a complaint of public intoxication. Citing the police report, the Tulsa World reports police were called to an apartment complex at 4:30 am on Saturday on a noise complaint. Once there the police found several people drinking in the parking lot and just plain being loud while doing so. Five people were arrested, with Littlehead being one of them.
