  • Upper Campus fun for children this summer

    BU is offering an all-sports/activity summer day camp for students in first through eighth grade from July 16 to 20. The camp will run from 9 am to 4 pm each day utilizing both Redman Stadium and the Nelson Field House. During the week campers will play soccer, tennis, Frisbee, kickball and participate in relay games.   • Leisure pool slated to re-open, new liner repaired

    The leisure pool at the Powell Aquatic Center is slated to reopen this weekend following issues with a new liner that was installed last month. Aiming to fix aesthetic surface flaws in the leisure pool and continuous river area, the Powell City Council opted for a PVC liner to cover the entire surface. That fix has led to more headaches for the city.
